Contract Administration


Contract administration is an important part of any building project and includes payment claims, variations, back costing and final accounts.

Since the introduction of the Construction Contracts Act 2002 (which came into force on 1 April 2003) there are still many contractors and subcontractors who do not align their contract administration practices with the CCA 2002. In doing so they put themselves at risk of delayed payments, non-payment and drawn out disputes.

When implemented correctly the CCA 2002 will improve cash flow, speed up dispute resolution and increase your profits.
